The shape of the final terms

• Drivers: 25–70, full licence 2+ years, verified before collection; only named drivers drive.
• Deposits: booking deposit to reserve; refundable security deposit equal to the insurance excess, taken by card before collection.
• Mileage: 250 miles/day pooled; overage at 25p/mile.
• Cancellation: sliding scale (see pricing).
• Return: on time, agreed fuel level, swept through; late return invalidates cover beyond the agreed period and incurs fees.
• No smoking/vaping. Pets in designated vans with the dog-friendly extra.
• Damage: handled via the signed condition reports; theft claims carry 25% co-insurance per the policy.
