We build campervans. Hiring them out was the obvious next step.

VANZ Hire is the hire arm of VANZ Adventures — a Birmingham workshop that's been converting vans into campers for years. The vans on this site weren't bought from a fleet broker; they were fitted out on our own benches.

That matters when you hire one. Every switch, valve and fuse in these vans is something we installed, so the handover is genuinely useful, problems are rare, and when you call with a question you're talking to the person who built the thing — no scripts, no obligation, just honest advice.

We're independent and family-run. You'll deal with the same people from enquiry to key return, and your deposit is explained in plain English before you pay a penny.

The kit philosophy

Off-grid first: leisure batteries, gas heating and proper insulation as standard, because the best overnight spots don't have hook-ups. Everything is checked between every hire in the same workshop that built it.
