The commitments already built into the system

• Documents (licence, proofs) are uploaded over a secure link and stored in private, encrypted storage — never sent or accepted by email.
• Raw identity images are deleted 30 days after your hire settles; verification outcomes, agreements and payment records are kept for the legal limitation period (6 years).
• Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
• Lifecycle emails (confirmations, reminders) are sent on a contract basis; marketing only ever with consent, with working opt-outs.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time via the contact page.
